Research Title: Investigating the interaction between sleep and athletic performance.

Roy Sabah had B. Ed, Physical Education with specialization in health development and posture care. Currently, he is a master student in Exercise Physiology, School of Public Health, Tel-Aviv University. Additionally, Roy owns a gym for personal training in the city of Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut and he is also a former martial arts competitor.
His research will investigate the interaction between sleep and athletic performance. Sleeping time and quality will be monitored, and the data will be correlated with daily athletic performance, to better understand exercise readiness and recovery. In addition, his research will determine the correlation between sleeping, exercise performance and overtraining syndrome (OTS).
